1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Block Tales: World Cultural Puzzle Tour (the "Game") via web browser, mobile application, or any associated services provided by Nixpx Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Block Tales for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items

Block Tales may allow you to earn or purchase virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items ("Power Boosters" such as Hammer, Rotate, and Reroll).

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
• All purchases of virtual items or ad-removal passes are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at our discretion.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When playing Block Tales or interacting with our leaderboards and community, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots, cheats, memory editors, or exploits to manipulate scores or coins.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game client or backend code.
• Interfere with or disrupt game servers, networks, or connected databases.
• Submit offensive, vulgar, or infringing usernames on public leaderboards.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, artwork, character designs, animations, sound recordings, cultural trivia, and software code in Block Tales are the exclusive property of Nixpx Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

The Game may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdSense, Google AdMob, or other verified advertising partners. Your interactions with third-party advertisements or websites are solely between you and the third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Block Tales is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixpx Studio disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.
